1. Simply click the "Agent Signup" link on the left side of the page, just below the property categories.
2. Enter an easy to remember username and password of your choice.
3. You can straight away log into your account using your new username and password.
4. You can then add additional information like your contact details and website address.
5. To create a professional image you can upload an image of your company logo.

1. Once you have logged into your account you are presented with icons representing each task.
2. Click the add listing icon which takes you to a property class form.
3 Click the property class that applies. Hold down the Alt key to select more than one class.
4. Give your listing a title. There is no need to add Tenure or City as these are presented later.
5. Fill in as many details as you can for the onsite services and area facilities.
6. Any facilities not mentioned in the options add them to the description.
7. The more details you enter, the less questions you may have to answer later.
8. Once you are happy with your listing, click the update button to save and publish.

1. Once updated onto the website the forms offer you the option to add images and files
2. Click the add images link which takes you to the image upload page.
3. Select up to 5 images per listing. The criteria for each image is a maximum of 100kb per image
4. The image size must be below 800x600px and will display at 640x480px.
5. Small thumbnails of 80x60px will be generated linking to all your uploaded images.
6. Do not add company logos or text to the images or they will be removed.
